As we approach our centenary year, we decided it was time to create a fully optimised website that provides all of the information, inspiration and peace of mind that our many clients expect from us. We’ve remained an independent business since 1926 and have never stopped innovating, so you can now find everything you need for M&E projects all in one place.
We’re a growing business
Vic Coupland is based in Hull, East Yorkshire but our reach has spread across the country. We regularly work on projects in our hometown, plus our ever-expanding teams of mechanical and electrical engineers regularly visit sites in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and all around the UK. For those of you who are new to our company, we’re here to reassure you that Vic Coupland holds a variety of accreditations and industry memberships that reflect our commitment to excellence. These include Constructionline Gold membership as well as being one of the oldest members of the Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA), having signed up way back in 1933. We’re also members of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC), the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS), SafeContractor and Gas Safe.
A bright future lies ahead
As we begin 2024, Vic Coupland has ambitious goals for the year ahead and far beyond. We’re fully dedicated to training the next generation of mechanical and electrical specialists through our longstanding apprenticeship scheme, which helps young people enter a rewarding career in plumbing, heating, electrical installations, and many other disciplines. We also support our local community through a range of fundraising and charitable activities, which is our way of giving back to a forward-thinking city that has allowed us to become a well-established national business.
